Our Shipping Promise

At Nolexia, we want your order to arrive safely and as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.

 

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

 

Shipping Times

All orders are shipped worldwide with an estimated delivery time of 3–8 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or peak holiday periods.

 

Shipping Costs

Order Below $50: $4.95 flat rate worldwide

Order $50 and above: FREE shipping

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order total reaches $50 or more.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your dispatch email.

 

Didn't Receive Your Order?

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  1. Check around your property and with neighbours in case it was left nearby
  2. Check with your local post office or delivery depot
  3. Contact us at nolexiastore@gmail.com if you still can't locate it

We'll do our best to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us at nolexiastore@gmail.com within 7 days with your order number and photos where applicable. We'll arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

 

Incorrect Address

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. Nolexia is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice a mistake immediately after placing your order, contact us at nolexiastore@gmail.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.
