Our Promise to You

At Nolexia, we care about every family's experience with our products. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to make it right. Please take a moment to read through our policy so you know exactly what to expect.

 

If Your Item Arrives Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect

If your order arrives damaged, has a defect, or isn't what you ordered, we've got you, no questions asked.

Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll offer you either:

  • A full refund to your original payment method, or
  • A free replacement sent out to you

To get this sorted quickly, please email us at nolexiastore@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll respond within 1–2 business days.

 

Change of Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes a product just isn't quite what you expected and that's okay. However, change-of-mind returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are not automatically eligible for a full refund.

If you've changed your mind after receiving your order, please reach out to us within 30 days of delivery and let us know the reason. We'll do our best to find a fair resolution, which may include:

  • A partial refund
  • A store credit
  • An exchange for another product

Please note that in change-of-mind cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the item must be returned in its original, unused condition.

 

What Is Not Covered

  • Requests made after 30 days of delivery
  • Items that have been used, written on, or damaged through normal use
  • Change-of-mind requests where the item is not returned
